The person, who makes the booking, must be aged 18 or over, accepts these conditions on behalf of the party and is responsible for all
payments due from the party.
1 – “A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £50 per person is required to secure a booking.”
2 – “Tickets will only be issued upon full payment completion.”
3 –”Failure to pay the outstanding balance by the due date will result in the loss of the deposit and may incur additional cancellation charges.”
4 –”Initial deposits may be paid via major credit or debit cards. However, balance payments must be made via bank transfer or cash. Cheque payments are not accepted.”
1 –”All change requests must be submitted in writing and may be subject to additional charges.”
2 –”Date changes before ticketing incur a £25 fee plus any fare differences. After ticketing, a £50 fee plus applicable airline charges will apply, subject to airline policies.”
3 –”Name changes before ticketing are treated as cancellations, and cancellation rules will apply. Name changes after ticketing are not permitted.”
1 –”All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.”
2 –”Cancellations before ticketing will result in the forfeiture of the deposit plus a £50 cancellation fee.”
3 –”Cancellations after ticketing will incur a £75 fee plus applicable airline charges. Refunds are subject to airline policies.”
4 –”Refunds will only be processed once the customer has submitted their valid bank details via our registered email address. For security and record-keeping purposes, we do not accept bank details via messaging apps or over the phone.”
1 –”Most discounted airline tickets are non-refundable or partially refundable, subject to applicable cancellation, administrative, and service charges.”
2 –”Refund processing may take 8–12 weeks or longer if additional investigations are required.”
3 –”Refunds will be issued only after the receipt of funds from the respective airline or consolidator. No interest will be paid on refunds.”
4 –”Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or a designated bank account.”
5 –”Tickets returned more than one year from the date of issue are considered expired and are non-refundable.”
1 –”The initial deposit secures the reservation but does not guarantee the final fare, which may fluctuate due to taxes, airline charges, fuel surcharges, and exchange rates.”
2 –”Once a ticket is issued, the price will not be affected by subsequent changes in fares or taxes.”
1 –”Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation.”
2 –”The company is not liable for any losses or disruptions caused by incorrect or incomplete documentation.”
1 –”Complaints made verbally or over the phone will not be processed.”
2 –”All complaints must be submitted in writing to our complaints department via email at info@gypsifly.co.uk.”
